Buffet - Semi Catered

**NOTE** This is for Option 1 and 2 only.

Choice of Carnitas, Chicken Fajitas, or you may request 1/2 Carnitas and 1/2 Chicken fajitas for your main dish. This buffet includes Spanish rice, beans with cheese, a house salad, tortillas, roasted peppers, jack and chedder cheese, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, chips and red / green salsa. The caterer will also provide plates, forks and napkins.

Setup and Self Serve: Vallejo's will setup buffet style catering and [highlight color=red]pickup after event.[/highlight]
